Well thats an interesting take on it, there was a sect of Christianity highlighted by the book of judas that believed the same thing way before the bible was a book.

That to my understanding is the satanist standpoint without the mysticism. God creates slaves and satan frees slaves and is in charge of the mess he made. This is a glib understanding as I don't think any of it matters.
