It's actually really easy to set up. It's a pain in the ass to get it set up the way you want it to be. In fact, it's not really possible as some telemetry always makes it through unless your offline all the time. It's almost impossible to keep it running well after updates. It will bite you in the ass when your back is turned to the display. Be careful. Be very careful.
It's easy to set up, as long as Windows decides to be easy. One machine wants to just stop at around 75% and before trying the factory reset, the start menu and settings pannels didn't want to work at all.
