Castration is a little overboard but they probably shouldn't be able to hold public office.
Also note that Zelensky is probably even shorter than 5'5". There's a picture of him with Angela Merkel, who is 5'5" and she towers over him. Might be heels but I doubt someone that frumpy wears more than a 3" heel.
