In other words, this Martin Gero guy (who apparently worked on the original SG-1 show) likely wanted to make a Stargate show, and not a browns and homos fest.

Good. I liked the old Stargate. I did not have a good feeling about it in Amazon's hands.

So the writers refused to fuck it up by having biracial, neurodivergent queers battle white antagonists for social justice throughout the universe, so Amazon cancelled it? Probably just as well. They've ruined enough things already. Just leave it alone then.
