I've noticed this also, but not just blue -- blue or gray eyes. It's as if brown-eyed white people are a second class of whites who don't make the Jew cut. I think most of the blue eyes are due to colored contact lenses. If you have gray eyes, it's easy to make them look blue with colored contacts.
