Jeebus seems like every other month they give me another bullet to fill my I'm leaving magazine.
Have not had a problem with them, but I have an old plan and don't fuck around with their garbage apps n sheeeeit.
Been a customer for 10+ years. Started great & honestly still probably the best provider in this area. Just seems like the last 2-3 years things have been declining and then a WTF moment like this gets to me. The latest March is towards the E-SIM and I really don't want that. Guess we'll find out.
e-sim isn't necessarily a T-Mobile thing, that's the way the industry is moving. But I can understand, they do seem to be kind of eh these days.
