finally all set . Nope , I see it says outside delivery. I said , " I wanted that inside delivery installed " First thing I said.

She's explaining why it won't let her do that. I said , thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time for nothing , and told her to cancel my order.

It is a liability thing. You could be Tyrone and have a rotting stairwell down to the basement you want it installed in. Their insurance won't cover injuries to workers inside of private domiciles.

You usually get the outside delivery, then negotiate with the delivery workers directly for inside delivery and installation. $50.00 a piece is usually fair, although this is highly dependent on location.
