(((4 big music labels)))

[–] 7 pts

Wasn't at least one of them closely tied to CCA (Corrections Corporation of America) who, as the largest private prison company in the US had somewhat of a vested interest in maintaining a high prison population?

[–] 6 pts

There was an anonymous whistle blower in the 1990's who claimed the corporate prison interests and record labels had a very private meeting in the late 80's or early 90's to propose directing the hip hop industry toward nurturing the criminal element.

Take it for what it's worth, but knowing what we know about the ruling oligarchs, I wouldn't put it past them, especially considering all of the monkeyshines involving the music industry and the intelligence agencies during the 1960's.

I vaguely remember something of that now that you mention it. Honestly would not be surprised.

Feel like the same thing happened with country music. Country used to be somewhat decent. Now it's all garbage.

[–] 11 pts

If they are to be considered popular they have to bend the knee and do a colab with a fucking rapper.

[–] 1 pt

It already happened with Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus.

Ha, the guy that sold his daughter to the sex trade!

[–] 7 pts

You can certainly blame these kike owned music studios, but you really have to blame these fuckin braindead sheep that actually continue to listen to the absolute garbage. That goes for every single genre out there.

[–] [deleted] 3 pts

They don’t know any better. Not everyone is a music expert; they just like music and use the time tested delivery medium: radio. They are either oblivious to the fact that it is all shit nose, or just don’t know where else to go.

[–] 4 pts

I think it's just further proof of how retarded and sheepish the average person is.

[–] 1 pt

A few years ago, some of the talking head country music record singers gave anti-gun speeches at the country music awards. Lol

[–] 1 pt

I call that shit "bubblegum country" nowadays.. it's written by the same fucks who write the psychologically catchy pop songs. They remove the pop synth and female vocals and slap on some twangy guitar and a male vocalist and call it a day. Utter garbage. When I say I like country, Im almost exclusively referring to old music.

Music is like books and television; They have backed themselves into a corner with their Nazi speech force and can no longer entertain the populace with sappy ass bullshit stories and Nigger music, Niggers are the only ones that buy Nigger music. sure , some white kids will play that shit when it's free , but they won't pay for that shit. consequences don't always happen overnight. sometimes it takes years for unintended consequences to reveal themselves. but it always happens.

The AP has found that the CIA secretly cultivated Cuba's underground hip-hop scene, recruiting unwitting rappers to spark a youth movement against the government.

Yet people here insist Cuba is responsible for its own economic problems.

[–] 8 pts

It's a spic nation. A shit economy is to be expected.

[–] 2 pts

Sanctions don't help. Saying the target of sanctions is responsible for their economic fate is like a school bully saying his victim is responsible for not having lunch after the bully took his lunch money.

It's double stupid because communism doesn't need sanctions to fail. Just let it run its course.

I remember that. Instead of groups like public enemy who had a message they pushed biggie smalls and two poke who turned things into an east coast versus west coast black war. Always pushing blacks against blacks.

[–] 6 pts

I'm surprised they didn't come up with a band called divide and conquer

Yo yo, MC Dvid! Yo DJ konker!

You know what really carried the whole "hip hop" movement? The parts you don't see, the parts that were and are hard to corrupt. The dancing, and the graffiti. The graffiti for obvious reasons, defacing public property, drawing over other people's shit. It pops out at you, it's supposed to fuck with you, that's the whole point of street art. There's a lot of pride and technique in making a nice piece, but you can't be attached to it, because someone is going to paint over it, or your name starts getting known, which brings unwanted attention.

The dancing to a lesser extent, because the people that take that shit seriously, don't do it for money but for personal pride. That's why they're so cocky and arrogant, they put in a lot of work to do what they do.

The rap shit, is too commercial and you need beats(DJ's) to have rap, so the two kind of fall into the same corruptible fold, anything that has to be mass produced has to be watered down, unfortunately. It's either cost or just physical logistics. You have to rely on economies of scale to survive in that industry and there's a lot of competition, so it's easier to just sell your soul.

Always nice to see a colored gentleman who “gets it.” What’s really sad; however, is the fact that the blacks that need to see this probably won’t, and those that do will probably fail to recognize the jewishness of all those names he dropped.

I know a lot of you can’t stand blacks, but there was a time when whites and blacks got along just fine. In fact, it’s because of how well things were going that jews pushed to buy up all these record labels: a gain for the goyim is a loss for the “chosen,” so that progress into something productive had to be staunched.

conscious rap

I've never oncr heard a nigger talk about himself and his fellow coons normal everyday behavior. I would counter gangster rap got the big (((push))) because it's easier to rap about what you know then high mind concepts like TNB and who owned the slave ships, which if you're a nigger, crashes their OS.

Grandmaster Flash and the Furious 5 were dope as fuck

[–] 3 pts

This is an oversimplification. He is half right, but Hip Hop started out as party music and a lot of this guys were cokeheads in the early 80’s. There was a big conscious rap market from probably 1987-1992, though. Relistening to Public Enemy makes me realize that a lot of it was commie bullshit, though.

'911 Is A Joke' is still bangin as fuck doh

Any rap is nigger rap. Trash noise. That isn't music.

The first rap song on MTV was Blondie's 'Rapture'
