I can match and and probably surpass your experiences, but I'm not looking for a "who did the most psychedelics" pissing contest. Was simply pointing out that your experience didn't line up with how LSD normally works, outside of those who macro dose or do really, really stupid shit like thumbprinting the raw crystals.
Or bought the garbage they call acid that was sold from like 1995 to present(which is garbage!)
Yes and no. LSD is LSD. Scumbags have been selling more diluted doses or outright substituting. If it's bitter, it's a spitter (DOx, 25I-NBOMe, etc.). The misconception with modern stuff being weaker is because the doses on the street have been trending lower; it was common to have 1,000-2,000ug single doses back in the 70s, whereas street blotter now can be as low as 30ug per square, with the average somewhere between 140 and 200ug. Microdots and panes are considerably higher doses on average, and they are still around. Of course, outside of running your samples through a mass spectrometer or chromatograph, it's best just to get yourself a vial of properly diluted crystal from a good source if you want to know the potency.
You've been lucky not having any bad trips. I've had about five out of the hundreds, none particularly horrible though. I used to sell the stuff, and probably overdid it in my 20s. Probably wouldn't do it again if presented the opportunity; I developed some mild HPPD symptoms that took years to fully wear off, and don't want tracers being part of daily life again. Only DMT and possibly mushrooms, if anything. You're right that LSD is generally very safe when taken by stable people.
