I am not sure about all the black babies a few are kept alive for welfare/gibs and other freebies. A black woman's job is to bred as often as possible with as many different bucks as she can. This breeding plan with mixed bucks is so no one will DNA 5-10 kids just for proof. Once the niglet is breathing she MUST send the father/buck to jail in order to get paid.
