Injuries do not change the fact that she put hot coffee between her legs, and wasn't clever enough to get the lid off, and not spill it everywhere. It was her mistake. She's a fully grown adult, and couldn't do such a simple thing. The blame rests on her in spite of the injuries. You know, people juggle chainsaws, but if they cut off their hand that is not the chainsaw company's fault. If you're an idiot with something, you're to blame.
