Highly doubtful. I read the autobiography of Hitler's personal photographer, who was around Hitler constantly, through nearly every significant event, and don't remember him ever mentioning this woman. And certainly not as someone Hitler had a relationship with. Contrast this with a few other women chronicled in the book that did have actual relationships with him, or had great impacts on his life.
Years ago I read a biography of Hitler as well, that didn't mention a relationship with her. Since Hitler wasn't the kind of guy to sleep around with a lot of women, I find it very unlikely that they had anything more than just a passing working relationship.
