I think he also noted that crimes were not being investigated too .. to make crime #s look better for their precinct. Like crime was going down .

Sorry for the late reply, but I just ran to the hardware store to buy a new shade of paint called, "SloppySeconds."
It's not very bright, but it's cheap and it spreads easily...
I have no independant way of producing light, so your assessment there is accurate.
And I am pretty cheap so, again, correct.

Anyone using my name to sell paint needs to pay me some money.
Please provide receipt, and the empty can when done.
I'm sure you can safety paint you benis and balls with the paint.
