Here is an example of good leadership to really relay the point. Parents outsource the education of their children to schools. Now, the teachers are little more than Marxist plants. How does one ensure who the good teachers are? At the point we're at now, clearly homeschooling is the answer. But most don't see it and think the teachers (i.e. "shepherds") are keeping their kids best interest at heart but in reality they are turning the kids into communist, snowflake faggots. A different version of what question I was asking was 'how does one ensure they keep the teachers on track'? You see, the problem with having everyone manage themselves is that there'll always be a collective group that will form (in secret or not) which will overtake the individuals and "herd" them toward some kind of standardized idea.
