Step 2: Download and install Firefox or Brave or some other non-faggot oriented browser that is capable of playing .mp4 files.
Step 3: Check the settings to make sure .mp4 files won't invoke scary faggot-triggering downloads.
Step 4: Click the link to the .mp4 file and watch it peaceably like a regular non-faggot.

It's Brave that's autodownloading it then. When I open it in Firefox, it just plays the video in the browser. It also works embeded in poal expando.
