I had to buy some expensive fair trade chocolate when I cut all soy and dairy out of my diet when nursing my second. It was found at Kroger though.

Check the ingredients on everything you eat, and you will find your non-poisoned options are very limited. That's a good idea to check the kosher aisle, I should do that more often. I'd say it sucks you're giving money to the Jew, but let's be real, if you buy anything from anyone who pays taxes you're already giving money to the Jew anyway.

Ok I had to reread that's very interesting. Also, Jewish publications meant for jews typically tell the truth as well, albeit with their goy hating opinions.

But with the growing concerns around GMO contaminated crops and allergic/intolerant reactions that surround soy in general, it makes sense to consider replacing this ingredient with a less controversial alternative.

God damn it. Just went and looked at my favorite 90% cacao Lindt bar and sure enough, may contain soy. Fuck. May contain is even too much of a risk for me.
