Darling, it is not that I "couldn't" answer, it is that I refuse to fall for your transparent rhetorical premise-shifting. Even if "there are no 'black countries' that are nice to live in" is true, it has no bearing on the article in question, the points I was making, or the issue in contention. It also does not establish that "blackness" is automatically inferior, unless you suffer from an inferior intellect and can't grasp that other explanations exist. In choosing not to answer, I was denying the underlying premise of your "gotcha" question, as well as pointing out that you were dealing dishonestly in an attempt to "score" rather than attempting to understand something that you don't want to understand. But since you are dull and witless, allow me to give you a counter-example: California is becoming ever more a disgusting place to live. And yet, most of those in the state government are, in fact, white. The governor is white, the previous governor was white, and the governor prior to that was white. And yet, things continue sliding downhill. The problem --- this is obvious to anyone but you, I suppose --- is not *race*, but culture or, if you wish to get technical, philosophy. And the same is true in all places, nice to live and not nice to live. Ideas are far more important than skin tone.
