Could not have said it better myself. Many, including myself, struggle with the freeing and discipline of the mind, which is why I have had to commit myself to meditation. Keeping a positive mindset, while being realistic and practical is the key to success. Especially in a world where people try to influence and control your thoughts with information control and social engineering.
