It will be a while before I have the MC-909 in my hands, but I wanted to see if any others have experience with the 909 or its smaller siblings. It was kind of an impulse buy as I shopped around MC series groove boxes after seeing the MC-303 repair video below. I like the interface of the 909 in that I am already somewhat familiar with it from other Roland hardware, but I've not dealt with a beast like this one before so any advice or experiences would help.

Well, when you’ve been around as long as I have you’re bound to make a few mistakes. I am happy with the stuff I have now, just wish I had time off from IT work to do something with it.
