Yes He loves all of humanity, as it was created in His image, however it does not excuse the sin of sexual immorality. Jesus advises going as far as self harm if it stops oneself from commiting these sins, to emphasize the severity.

Matthew 5:27-30

Caring out such an impulse will damn them. Jesus advocates death for molestation, or any other cause for them to stumble or be corrupted:

If you do it to the least (a child), it's equivalent to doing it to Jesus. If throwing pedos into the Lake of Fire isnt going medieval on their asses, I dont know what is.

Love the sinner, hate the sin. Pedos must be kept from harming more children by any means, but God will forgive them if they truly repent. True repentance also means refraining from the behavior, acknowledging that is is wrong, and asking for forgiveness.

Protecting the innocent & weak is commanded by God. I believe removing the perpetrators from society is the only way to prevent re-offending.
