I learned about s/PaddysPub and s/LiveMusic through the posts of others. PaddysPub has been around forever, while LiveMusic is newer. I prefer good live music so that's normally where I post. To me, s/goodmusic is like having a s/goodfood when there is already a s/food.
At any rate, good luck on your new sub. Who knows, maybe it'll get 6,000,000 posts and become wildly popular. I wasn't trying to be difficult, just sincerely trying to understand the niche you are carving out.

I don't hate your sub and think it's great you are expanding Poal. I wanted to know why your new sub was created since there are already several music related subs, but it seems they were lacking in the quality department, leaving an opening which you seized with both arms.
