I make it a point to always be instructing my kids on something, at any given time. this can be challenging, but it also allows them to segway into labor, by working with me.
Make sure to deep the hole with them so it gets done and they know its only to teach a lesson and to not be a hardass
yes, i agree. i "smoke"my kids(pushups and flutter kicks, etc), and i always make sure to do the exercises with them. i preach that we are only as strong as our weakest link. my kids want to be strong so it works out.

Yes absolutely do instructing but help them accomplish goals and activites. Also a good a good way to correct a child who does something worth a spanking but dpnt wanna go down that road is dig a hole 1/2 a ft deep and as wide as age so 5yrs=5ft @ 10 the hole goes to 1ft deep and diameter remains ft per yr
