That's super retarded! I was kind of expecting our marina to do that, so I went down there for one last hurrah a week or two ago. Nothing has changed, though... most likely thanks to all the [few, but still present] liveaboards there. If you can't use the facilities, you should not have to pay for them. If we survive this cataclysmic plague, you should probably get the neighbors in on a class action for those few hundred dollars each for the lulz.
