I'm calling this fake. The mask hanging from the man's ear is closed loop style mask. Any kind of face mask at that time would have been the tie-around-the-head type that endured long after the development of elastic textiles. All the masks in the illustration appear to be closed loop masks and of a modern design. I have never believed in any of the photographic "evidence" that masks and mask mandates were real from the 1918 Spanish flu epidemic. It all just seems like it was created recently to serve as a propaganda tool for the (((coof))).
Ask yourself if you truly believe this is what would have been created in 1918. Does this really look like 1918 newsprint work or a modern day creation attempting to look like it came from 1918?
