Can you explain the joke, because I don't get it? I see Uncle Sam holding a sign that says America First, and ignoring three, what some believe, 'major issues.' If the cartoon is saying: china, russia, and climate are ruling the world, but the U.S. is ignoring them and concentrating on America First. Then, I guess it kind of makes sense, but I don't understand what is cartoonish. Also, only brainwashed people think that those three things are ruling the world.
After writing this out, I think I get it. If you believe the current propaganda, then climate change, russia, and china are the the U.S.'s biggest problems, and the joke is that Uncle Sam can't figure out how to fight against those problems. But those aren't the real problems that the U.S. faces; those are corrupt media lies.
Maybe I'm thinking about it too hard. I honestly would appreciate an explanation. Someone, help me out with this one. Thanks.

That, I gather, is basically what the cartoonist is getting at. It's not a very smart cartoon.
