The link is a very short, overly simplistic article. I suppose that is about all one can expect from Scientific American. As long as people choose to follow a religion that can be contradicted, but the contradictions are accepted as errors made by men in an otherwise perfect "faith", we'll never move ahead as a species agreeing on what he know as fact, and what we need to learn to understand why we exist at all. Science can't solve this for us as long as we don't agree on what provides us with truth, old books or new knowledge.
