I think a lot of Google employees enjoy fucking with Google maps. A few years ago I saw a picture of "God" smiling down at the town next to me. I know for a fact that God likes my town better. The picture was only up for a few hours. It was weird at first. But, then I realized that it's more likely that Google folks were pulling pranks, than that God would appear in the sky as a fixed image white haired bearded smiling old man.
