I thought they were airplanes at first, they had running lights.

But there were 4 or 5 of them, all clustered closely together, and as they flew over me, I realized they were relatively low, and moving quite slowly.

I think they were drones.

That's easier. It's in my post history if you feel like going back months and months to find it. Anyways I could see 2 jets in the sky and follow their trails. In the distance I saw a silver pill shaped object that I assumed must be a plane flying toward us as I saw no jet trails or side to side or up or down motion that was obvious. I looked down to change the radio station and tell my sister about it. I looked up and it was just gone. Like it was never there. Nothing i've seen stationary in the air can move fast enough to disappear in a few seconds.
