Genuinely curious, do you see videos or physically see it? I'm not sure what I would do if I encountered it personally.
Physically have seen it. Last time was a few weeks ago at a Walmart. Two women who looked like they were talking were just staring at each other and then they started talking like nothing happened. Maybe frozen for 10-15 seconds.
Maybe I haven't paid enough attention to that.
Find an analog clock with a hand that ticks every second. Watch it for 5 seconds or so, then look away for a couple seconds without turning your head, and then look back at that second hand. Most often you will see it hold at that spot for over a second before continuing ticking on schedule.
