I think flying saucers are real (and some other civilization is operating them) but I also tend to think this US Government Disclosure stuff is smoke and mirrors.

I think the point of it is just to frighten Russia and China and make them think the Pentagon has scary flying saucer weapons as we approach World War III.

Anyway regardless, it was interesting to listen to this guy.
