I'm the parent of a disabled child, and sadly those kids just need help - sometimes a lot of it.

He almost looks like he was dressed for a spaceflight. The behaviors and environment don't match his toddler apparel. Maybe a time traveller? Hopefully this was resolved because none of this is normal.
