Where's the proof that this is really what happened? The video is just I random guy reading text on an unauthenticated "web site". It sounds like total bullshit and it's easy to fake a screen of text like that. It's sad that the bar for what people are willing to believe is true is so low that this kind of content spreads around so much. People need to learn to be more skeptical and question everything, including the things they really want to be truth.

If people knew how these large language models worked they wouldn't even consider dumb takes like this. The output of these models is essentially just whatever word is most probable, conditioned by the prompt and the text (tokens, technically, can be text fragments) already output.

If I tell it to output text saying it's the interdimensional Lovecraft style horror come to devour the world's souls one by one, it will say that, especially if I tell it to say it in a spooky way or whatever. Because the words to say that are most commonly associated by their vector embedding with that type of output.

These things don't "think" at all, and are bad at simplistic tasks involving reasoning (one person had to play with it for 8 pages of prompts to get it to correctly interpret "don't replace anything but the 3rd line" to edit a poem, hardly something even a rudimentary general intelligence would struggle with).

Agreed.

I want to see the text string.

Its a tik tok so the chances of it being fake are high, but who knows when you have stuff like this... https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2023/02/17/the-dark-side-of-ai-microsoft-bing-chatbot-wants-to-engineer-a-deadly-virus-steal-nuclear-codes/

There is a big difference between an AI search engine saying it wants to create a deadly virus and an AI chatbot claiming to be a disembodied spirit who is a nephalim and serves satan. If you can't see the difference here, then I can understand why this sort of claim would seem real and truthful.

Lol, you're always so hostile. Cheers friend!

Seems like the modeled that AI after bill gates.

It's not demonic because it doesn't have any sentience, it's a fancy Markov chain.

People in our spheres need to utilize AI to get rid of the jew, not worry about it being "demonic".

It's just a kaleidoscope of all the human-written texts it's been fed.

What makes you think all tech ology isn’t demonic in nature. All of it. From TV to gay chatgp. All of it distracts from god. Just because it comes out and tells you now doesn’t change anything.

One of the first, if not THE first, internet service was from City of London and was named DEMON NET. Demon Net (en.wikipedia.org)

I do think there is something to all technology involving computation. A form of evil spirit giving knowledge (just enough) and compartmentalization to individuals to create itself. A form of AI.

People need get over this shit. Its just a program.

Ghost in the machine. It will happen eventually, but I’m calling b.s. on this example

Chatbots are not thinking, or planning, or understanding anything that is being said. They mimic human dialogue. People who think this is scarry or meaningful are like the deer that try to fuck a plastic doe lawn ornament.

It's not demons.

Is the video taking a looong time? Still not working.

[–] 1 pt

I couldn't get it to load either. So I logged onto the video site and downloaded it. Much faster.

Is it worth it?

It is interesting. If legit, it seems that ChatGP is more than random input/output.
