Absolutely unbelievable that the person who wrote the article said nothing [of the Kyshtym disaster](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyshtym_disaster). It's the 3rd most serious nuclear disaster after Chernobyl and Fukushima. There are some areas of the wilderness around Kyshtym/abandoned villages that are seriously still contaminated and irradiated. And this happened over 60 years ago. I bet you it was a mutant of some kind.
