But yesterday it emerged that despite leaving ‘no stone unturned’, its experts had been unable to find ‘evidence a statutory noise nuisance’.
Perhaps the residents could hire some sort of expert. I don't know who, but they need to hire someone for that hum job. Someone sound, of course.
