Who is this "man" ? Where has he been employed at ? What political connections does he have ? What is his ethnicity, religious beliefs, and cultural beliefs ?
Dude it could literally be a guy sitting in his moms basement who thought it would be funny to do this, it takes 3 clicks and a credit card to pull off. Its nothing special.

Second, his name is John Fenley. He bought itanimulli.com in 2002 and redirected to the NSA site in 2009 as a joke because the illuminati conspiracy is known to a wide number of people though taken seriously by few, for better and for worse.
