He was saying that you are in denial about the quality of the video being sharp enough to resolve a small amount of water in the glass or condensation on the table. At the 1:13 mark in the video you can clearly see about 3 millimetres of water and no condensation on the table. The narrator also points out that the newsreporter attempted to move the glass later and said it was "stuck to the table", which isn't suggestive of slippery condensation.

"move the glass" Move doesn't necessarily imply 'lift'. It makes more sense that he was trying to recreate the translational motion of the glass across the table and found it to be 'stuck' to the table due to friction forces.
