Edit: Since no one got it yet here is the building. Don't fucking ask why I was in Detroit. I just hope I never have to go back.

It's plausible it's a puzzle, each symbol representing a number, symbols either side of the equal sign must add up to 139?

The first 5 symbols and the last five symbols are the same but inverted vertically and horizontally
