Edit: Since no one got it yet here is the building. Don't fucking ask why I was in Detroit. I just hope I never have to go back.

odd since nothing happened in 2014 apart from the 7-11, the building didn't go up for renovation until later

Switching between before and after the 7-11, there's definitely been some external cleaning done to the whole building. Yep, Gary Tringale is the key I reckon.
