I'm not sure how they use 100 megahertz electromagnetic frequency to broadcast this stuff unless people were actually listening to their radios and this was a sub-audible sound thing that was going out over 100 megahertz and being transformed into sound via their radios. It's a binaural beats in essence and binaural beats have been known very well that if you broadcast one frequency to the left ear and you broadcast another frequency to the right ear it's your brain combines those two and here's the difference between those frequencies and therefore it can make the sounds create a electrical pattern in the brain that is similar to a brainwave pattern of four Hertz or six hurts or eight hurts or 10 hurts which typically are not picked up by the ear but the ear will pick up oh I don't know a thousand Hertz and 1010 Hertz in the right ear and a thousand hurts on the left ear and then your brain combines that to create 10 Hertz and that's a state of your mind that relates to a certain emotional and thinking state.
