The UFO is CGI... On the first pass the two (SU-34? SU-32? hard to tell with the potato they were filming with) Russian aircraft drop a depth charge munition. Then there is a delay as it sinks and then explodes making a big splash. The splash is clearly a subsurface detonation, not the splash from something hitting the water and submerging.

You're right about the explosion. That's definitely subsurface.
I would wager this all just cobbled together footage. That helicopter just appears out of nowhere. It's not in the early part of video nor is the sound of the rotors. The rotor wash on the ocean surface is also missing. Fake as hell.
