Contrails are water vapor and they disappear quickly.
This is aerosol spraying in the atmosphere, aka chemtrails.
Chemtrails are the catalyst for the globalist weather weapon known as HAARP also CERN. They mostly use it ahead of storms, in order to intensify damage and rain fall.
This is how they are selling "climate change" to the world. It is also effective at destroying crops, and limiting solar production.
The rate of evaporation is strictly environmental. Commonly they freeze into ice crystals where they remain considerably longer. Especially if seeding occurs. Likewise, if in lower altitudes (really temp and pressure driven) where it can still hold moisture well, they can also persist for extended periods.
As usual, people don't know anything about science before making false claims.
