I would suspect the United States Space Force would at least have access to all satellite signal data. Also I doubt if the USSF has established a communication channel with the FBI since it has demonstrated treason time and time again.

Normal drone limitations of 400ft? Is that local to tucson? Mine does 372m and I can take it out 3940m at 12.2m/s in normal mode. I think it caps at 32.5mph in sport.
