They would need lipids surrounding nanoparticles of a certain magnetic substance that is small enough to infiltrate a cell that would then release the technology into the cell and begin replicating spike proteins. But , anyway the theory is that the magnetic components of the injection can be instructed once they concentrate where the scientist know they would concentrate and could then be activated using frequencies or currents from things like 5G which uses millimeter waves that have been proven to permeate people's skin.
