I wonder if this guy has a proportionately larger brain too? Or does he have a normal sized brain and the rest of the head is just, what? Skull?

He seems to have normal intelligence, which is a blessing. Any change in the brain tends to be for the worse, not the better. It doesn't seem to have affected him.
