you wanna believe that this is some kind of life form without any other evidence? go ahead. it's a "you can see it" or you can't scenario hah.
there are more interesting things on a similar subject, there's the dude who tried to inseminate a chicken egg and incubated it. allegedly it grew into some weird polyp thing. also there's slime mold (which is interesting af anyways), and strange forms of it that are evolving in sewers. look up weird sewer lifeform or something like that
I don't know what it is. I can think of a number of ways something like this could be faked. But I don't see the "telltale signs of cgi rendering" that you are talking about.
watch the water droplets merging. watch the shadows.
