His only reason for not thinking it is a human is that during hunting season they need to wear orange vests?

If people aren't hunting, do they still need to own/wear orange?

As for the video, is that max zoom? also, the gait seems pretty rapid, and I would expect a bigfoot to be a much more lumbering gait with a large stride, compared to what looks like a small stride with fast steps. But I'm not a bigfoot expert, and didn't stay at a holiday inn express recently.

Absolutely! Unless of course you want to get shot at.

It's definitely the best thing to wear orange - but whose land is it? when is hunting season? etc.

I don't own orange, don't hunt, don't know when hunting season is, don't know the culture, so I am not an expert.

Supposing this figure is someone like me who just wants to walk around, or just ended up in a situation needing to walk through this particular area, they wouldn't probably have orange on them.

What's more likely? A person without orange, or bigfoot?

Guess it depends on what you want your eyes to see.

It's hard to tell if this is a man or swamp ape (Florida term for Bigfoot), but I read through the comments below the video and it appears that the woods there are very thick almost to the point of being impassable. Considering this and the fact that there are power poles, part of the land is probably owned by the county or city. So, yes, I would be wearing orange or another bright color.

It would be nice if most cameras has the resolution and default zoom of normal human sight.
