There's an old story of a widow who was caught shop lifting and when they booked her they couldn't find a trace of finger prints. Her husband was rich and she stole just for the thrill. Turns out, if you've never done any manual labor in your life your finger prints never rise to the surface of the skin. So when I read the word migrant I belly laugh! The question isn't how can they live like this, the question is how long will you keep feeding them until you're homeless too?
