It's a Falcon 9 launch, at 1:35 you see cold gas thrusters reorienting the first stage after separation while the second stage is continuing to final orbit.
It's high up where there is no air resistance so the gasses go all over the place.
Right. I got to see two of them from where I live. First one I had no idea so I looked it up. Second time I was waiting for the launch.
