You got me. I think most of these things are just misidentified things anyway. But as far as how someone, somewhere would design a craft to cross the universe and then enter our atmosphere is beyond me, It would depend on too many unknown factors such as propulsion, what they'd need to survive the journey, what they have in materials, etc. etc ... so no good answer here.
