If you open gimp or photoshop, you paint a red square and then you go in menu "image" then "adjustment" and then select invert, and it gives you a green square
In gimp it's "color" menu then "invert"
It's pretty straight forward as far as image/color manipulation works
I suppose it could be a video editor playing around, but why?

All I know is that it's far from impossible with a video editor, especially top notch ones
I think that may be the logo on the folder/book you are seeing. There are better shots that show it. Sometimes you can't even see it, I think because the logo is gold and reflective.
